End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)
01Licence Grant
Cloudfox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use StaySynced solely for your internal business purposes, subject to these terms.
02Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software
- Use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
03Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in StaySynced and related documentation remain the exclusive property of Cloudfox or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth herein.
04Termination and Revocation
This licence is effective until terminated. Cloudfox may revoke or terminate your licence immediately if you breach this EULA or the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
05Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Cloudfox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
06Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudfox shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software.
07Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
